Ps Ted & Amanda Pangilinan
On the tenth anniversary of Dunamis Christian Centre Tanah Merah, Dunamis Gold Coast was birthed. Ps Shaun and Sandra Hansen, along with Ps Ted and Amanda initiated interest meetings at the Grand Mecure Hotel in Broadbeach. This gained much interest and Sunday meetings commenced at the old Mermaid Cinemas in June 2002. A year later, Dunamis Gold Coast was established in a more permanent residence in Helensvale.
God is continuing to bless the church as we see the work of the Holy Spirit present at every service, healing lives and miraculously touching people. Our heart is to reach this City with the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ and see lives radically changed with the miraculous demonstration of God’s power. We remain focused on seeing God’s people come into the fullness of maturity in Christ as they fulfil God’s destiny for their lives.
Dunamis Gold Coast was established as a direct result of the relationship borne out of spiritual ‘sonship’. This has been the underlying ethos and core value of our church since its inception. God calls all of us to be sons of God, however, that can only be truly validated through spiritual parenting (discipleship), accountability, authentic relationships and effective serving.
Apostolic Oversight
Ps Shaun & Sandra Hansen are the founders of Dunamis Christian Centre and DunamisLife. Ps Shaun functions as President and Apostolic Leader over DunamisLife. The overall apostolic oversight is facilitated by the directors and heads of campuses. The main function of this oversight is for spiritual covering, accountability as well as support and leadership development.
