Ps Brad & Ruth Paine
The first Sunday in September 2003 marked the official beginning of Dunamis Westside. In the first twelve months the congregation experienced healthy growth, owing largely to a committed team of people dedicated to fulfilling our vision.
This year is sure to be one of the most exciting in the life of the Westside Campus. In the past twelve months we have experienced the opportunity of our own building and the exciting challenges that go with it. Through this, we have learnt much and we have a clearer understanding of our vision and mission as a church. Our aim this year is to re-establish our Revive Pre-Loved Clothing Shop so we, as a church, can enjoy daily contact and opportunities for outreach with the people in our community. In addition, we want to introduce courses at night to help enhance life skills such as mentoring, personal organisation, etc. We expect that our Sunday meetings will grow and we will be investigating a mid-week meeting in due course.
Ruth and I are thankful that the people of Westside are wonderful supporters of our Campus. It is great to hear of so many people who feel welcomed and accepted through the love of our church family. Our focus as a multi-generational church means every person at Westside is valuable and can be involved is sharing the Gospel. This is a year of no limits….no boundaries. Let’s step forward together into the destiny that God has for us!
Apostolic Oversight
Ps Shaun & Sandra Hansen are the founders of Dunamis Christian Centre and DunamisLife. Ps Shaun functions as President and Apostolic Leader over DunamisLife. The overall apostolic oversight is facilitated by the directors and heads of campuses. The main function of this oversight is for spiritual covering, accountability as well as support and leadership development.
